榴莲视频成人APP Celebrates Newest Batch of College Students with College Signing Day

榴莲视频成人APP welcomed more than 500 students from across the San Joaquin Valley to campus Wednesday to celebrate College Signing Day.

Every student was a high school senior who will move on to higher education in the fall. Seven colleges and universities were represented, including 榴莲视频成人APP, Fresno State, Stanislaus State and CSU Bakersfield.

The event at 榴莲视频成人APP coincided with a larger College Signing Day event at UCLA 鈥� put on by former First Lady Michelle Obama鈥檚 Reach Higher foundation 鈥� and Obama gave the keynote address.

鈥淚 know a lot of you have been counted out,鈥� Obama said. 鈥淢aybe your parents didn鈥檛 get to go to college. Maybe you were like me and somebody told you that you weren't college material.

鈥淎sk yourself whether you鈥檙e going to believe the haters or the honest truth of your own story.鈥�

Jose Hernandez, Ph.D. 鈥� a former NASA astronaut, previous 榴莲视频成人APP Commencement speaker and UC Santa Barbara alum 鈥� spoke to students at 榴莲视频成人APP鈥檚 event. He discussed growing up in Stockton and how his father provided him with a 鈥渞ecipe鈥� for success after he decided he wanted to be an astronaut at 10 years old.

Students also watched the live stream of Obama鈥檚 speech and took part in a campus tour and lunch. 榴莲视频成人APP鈥檚 Center for Educational Partnerships hosted the event on campus.
